WITHDRAWAL, COMPLAINTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Every customer has the right to cancel his purchase without demonstrable reason within the reasonable cooling-off period of 14 days. This period starts from the day following the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes physical possession of the purchase. During the cooling-off period, the customer will store the received products and the packaging with due care. If the customer wants to make use of his right of withdrawal, he must return all products including the original packaging to 1 of the stores. Possible costs in case of withdrawal are limited to the costs of returning the products received. If the customer has already paid for the returned goods, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the returned products.
ATTENTION: Any right of return expires in the case of delivery of products that are made to measure, according to the customer's specifications.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
F.H.Optics BVBA can therefore not take back the purchased goods within the stipulated period of 14 days, since the goods were manufactured according to the customer's specifications and the goods have a clearly personal character. As a result, the right of recall of the goods purchased from F.H.Optics BVBA lapses completely.
