1. WHO WE ARE
Together with a number of independent opticians, it was decided to jointly build a webshop with high-quality glasses. These opticians have found each other through the similarities in the core values: top quality (both in offer and in equipment) at a fair price. The advantage of the group is that you can go to each of the stores for personal contact.
2. CHOOSE FRAMES
In addition to the limited choice presented online, each store has a large number of other frames. It is certainly worth the effort to come and fit with us.
3. RETURN
Every customer has the right to cancel his purchase without demonstrable reason within the reasonable cooling-off period of 14 days. This period starts from the day of receipt of the purchase by the customer. During the cooling-off period, the customer will store the received products and the packaging with due care. If the customer wants to make use of his right of withdrawal, he must return all products including the original packaging to 1 of the stores. Possible costs in case of withdrawal are limited to the costs of returning the products received. If the customer has already paid for the returned goods, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of the returned products.
ATTENTION: Any right of return expires in the case of delivery of products that are made to measure, according to the customer's specifications.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person. F.H.Optics BVBA can therefore not take back the purchased goods within the stipulated period of 14 days, since the goods were manufactured according to the customer's specifications and the goods have a clearly personal character. As a result, the right of withdrawal of the goods purchased from F.H.Optics BVBA lapses completely.
Are you not satisfied with the delivered goods? In that case, you can always submit a complaint to our customer service within the stipulated period set out in the general terms and conditions.
4. SEND AND EMAIL
The glasses will be sent to you by post in appropriate protective packaging. During the entire ordering process there is someone who will inform you about the status of your order. When delivering the package you will be asked to sign for receipt.
5. CHECK VISIBILITY AND ADJUST CONTACT LENSES
You can go to any store for a measurement of your vision, advice and adjustment of contact lenses by a qualified optician. Please contact the store of your choice to make an appointment. Control vision + advice: 25 euros. Vision check + advice + contact lens adjustment: 35 euros.
6. AFTER SALES SERVICE
You are welcome in one of our stores for any adjustment and maintenance of your glasses or sunglasses.
