REVOCATION, COMPLAINTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS are possible for orders with a delivery address OUTSIDE Belgium.

Every Belgian customer has the right to cancel his purchase within the reasonable cooling-off period of 14 days. This period starts from the day following the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes physical possession of the purchase. During the cooling-off period, the customer will keep the received products and packaging with due care. If the customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must return all products including the original packaging to one of the stores. Possible costs in the event of withdrawal are limited to the costs of returning the products received. If the customer has already paid for the returned goods, the amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned products.

PLEASE NOTE: Any right of return expires in the event of delivery of products that are custom-made according to the customer's specifications.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, or that are clearly intended for a specific person.
FHOptics BVBA cannot therefore take back the purchased goods within the specified period of 14 days, as the goods were manufactured according to the customer's specifications and the goods have a clearly personal character. As a result, the right of withdrawal of the goods purchased from FHOptics BVBA expires completely.
